Professor Tim Morris is the Independent Scientific Advisor to the Greyhound Board of Great Britain. A Veterinary Surgeon with a PhD, he worked in practice, then research, clinical veterinary medicine and public affairs for GlaxoSmithKline, and was Director of Equine Science and Welfare for the British Horseracing Authority. He is a Professor at the University of Nottingham School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, a Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, an affiliate of the Association of Official Racing Chemists and is a non-executive Board member of the UK Government’s Animal Health and Welfare Board for England.
