This session will cover aspects of culture and culture change management theory to understand the drivers of institutional behaviour and how we can influence change in culture in organisations, businesses and industry.
What is culture and why does it matter? How to we effect change? How do we measure and monitor change?
What are the key problems with culture in the greyhound racing industry and how have we managed to effect change? Is the change sustainable?
This session explores the responsibility of veterinarians, in both clinical practice and regulatory controlling body settings, and how we are integral to culture change management in the greyhound industry.
