Greyhounds are elite athletes, the “formula 1” of canine performance. They are incredibly consistent performers. So a subtle soreness or undiagnosed injury can have noticeable effects on performance.
This presentation will go through some cases where there has not been a definitive diagnosis with conventional radiography, but CT imaging has been able to give not only a clear diagnosis, but also informed treatment options.
So whether you see sporting dogs or companion animals, this presentation is designed to show just because a patient is radiographically clear, there may be other diagnostic considerations to consider which may better allow you to treat your patients.
